How does Ratekin collect reviews?
Ratekin emails each customer a few days after their Shopify order is fulfilled, with one-tap star ratings and an optional reminder. You can also request reviews from customers who ordered in the last 60 days.
Can I import reviews from Yotpo or Judge.me?
Yes. Export your reviews as CSV from Yotpo, Judge.me, Loox, Stamped or Shopify Product Reviews and upload the file. Ratings, replies and photos are imported, and photos are copied into your store.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes unlimited reviews, photo reviews and 50 review request emails per month. The Growth plan is $9 per month with unlimited emails and a 14-day free trial.
